We assist families who are committed to improving their situation and putting the work in. This includes those facing temporary setbacks such as debt, divorce, career transitions, housing insecurity, or emotional challenges.
In order to qualify, you must be currently gainfully employed.
We are not the best resource for one-time financial handouts, large-scale emergencies, death-related financial or logistical needs, mental health issues, fundraising for celebrations, monthly deficits over $5,000, or individuals unwilling to actively participate in improving their situation.
With compassion and confidentiality, we create an individualized roadmap that assists families move toward stability and sustainability.
Families can get started by filling out the Application form on our website. One of our case managers will reach out to learn more about your situation.
A case manager will meet with you for an initial interview to assess your needs and determine if our program is a good match. If approved, we’ll begin the process of providing the appropriate plan for success.
Your dedicated case manager will work closely with you to develop a customized action plan to address your specific challenges and goals.
Based on your plan, you'll be connected to a network of resources - financial advisors, career coaches, mental health counselors, legal aid, and more. We'll make the connections, but you'll take an active role.
Your case manager will stay engaged, providing guidance and accountability. Regular check-ins ensure you're making progress and can adapt the plan as needed.
With your committed efforts and our supportive resources, you'll gain the skills, tools and confidence to re-establish financial stability and self-sufficiency for the long-term.
